DELIVERY
Order before 5pm COB for delivery within 1 -2 days in Metro Melbourne, 2-3 days within Melbourne surrounds. No weekend delivery (Weekend delivery may vary on Mothers Day and other special occasions).
If recipient is not home to receive their gift, our courier will leave the gift in a safe place.
PLANTS
Plants are subject to availability.
Plant sizes can vary due to what is available from suppliers but we do our due diligence to ensure sizes supplied are consistent.
Pictured plants are mostly mature plants. Plants supplied will require nurturing till maturity. Plant placement may be adjusted on orders at our discretion, should sizing be deemed unsuitable for the intended space. We will make every reasonable effort to contact the purchasing customer; however, if delivery timeframes are pressing, adjustments may be made at our discretion. Our prices are subject to change depending on the maturity of the plants supplied. We do receive many photographs from happy customers on Instagram if you want to look at further photos of our plant deliveries @jacobandroy.
